Roles & Responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and deliver exceptional patient care
Administer medications and treatments with precision following best practices and standards
Perform thorough patient assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations
Develop and execute personalized patient care plans including education for patients and families
Contribute to performance improvement and shared governance initiatives
Apply critical thinking to ensure patient safety and escalate issues effectively
Support other units with your clinical expertise for seamless longitudinal care

Qualifications

Active WI RN Licensure
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
NIHSS certification
TNCC or TNS certification
Education verification required

Education

Nursing education with verification

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in nursing process and patient assessments
Proficient in medication administration and patient care planning
Strong critical thinking for high-pressure ER environments
