Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process
Develop and update individualized interdisciplinary plans of care
Evaluate patient outcomes and connect them to vital resources
Support patients aged 5 and up with psychiatric illnesses like depression, bipolar, and more
Collaborate with the team to turn lives around toward hope and mental wellness

Qualifications

Valid State of Maine RN license
BLS Certification
Current CPI training
At least 1 year of mental health nursing experience

Education

2-Year Associates degree required

Knowledge & Skills

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
Strong team player mindset
Stress management and quick decision-making under pressure
