Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 7 days on/7 days off (Wed-Tues), Wed-Thu-Fri-Mon-Tue 8:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Sat-Sun 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, rotating holidays

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform and report various analyses across multiple specimen sources for patients of all ages
Exhibit full competency as a generalist in all lab departments
Deliver accurate results that directly impact patient care in a critical access hospital

Qualifications

ASCP certification required
Experience as Medical Technologist, Medical Laboratory Scientist, or Medical Laboratory Technician
Ability to handle a full scope of lab procedures

Education

Qualifying education for ASCP certification as Medical Technologist, MLS, or MLT

Knowledge & Skills

Full competency in lab departments
Generalist skills across various analyses
Proficiency with multiple specimen sources
