Shift Type: Rotating shifts including day, evening, night, and holidays; 16hr Day shifts available

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to cardiac patients including STEMI, NSTEMI, CTS, and chest pain cases
Manage cardiac drips like Milrinone, Dobutamine, and Pressors with confidence
Monitor and support 28-bed PCU/IMCU and telemetry patients at 1:3-4 ratios
Collaborate with the team to provide lower acuity care on telemetry beds
Make a real difference in a high-acuity cardiac environment

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years documented PCU experience in a similar sized facility
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Ready to dive into a dynamic 28-bed PCU/IMCU unit

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in PCU and IMCU settings
Proficiency with cardiac drips including Milrinone, Dobutamine, and Pressors
Strong telemetry monitoring skills
Comfortable with cardiac populations and varying acuity levels
