Roles & Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities to enhance their comfort and independence
Provide compassionate bathing and grooming support
Help during meal times to ensure nutritious and enjoyable dining experiences
Float between floors as needed to support the team
Perform basic CNA tasks that make a real difference in long-term care

Qualifications

Active CNA license in good standing
Experience in long-term care preferred
Compassionate demeanor and team player attitude

Education

CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of resident-centered care
Excellent skills in ADLs and basic patient care
Reliable and attentive to detail
