Roles & Responsibilities

• Independently perform all levels of high-complexity testing to deliver life-saving results with precision
• Expertly handle microbiology, transfusion medicine, and molecular biology to tackle the toughest challenges
• Establish and maintain rigorous quality control programs ensuring every result is spot-on
• Train and mentor new team members while writing essential procedures in CLSI format
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve discrepancies to safeguard patient care
• Collaborate with medical staff providing vital lab insights and LIS expertise
• Maintain equipment, manage inventory, and prepare for regulatory inspections like a pro

Qualifications

• ASCP or AMT certification is a must - MLS or MLT welcome
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field, with progressive experience
• At least 1 year of clinical lab experience or hospital internship
• Flu vaccine required to join this essential team
