Shift Type: 36 Hour Guarantee, rotating holidays/weekends and possible call

Hours per Week: 60

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver professional nursing care that brings comfort and well-being to new families using sharp critical thinking
Apply the full nursing process from assessment to evaluation to make a real difference
Direct and supervise your patient care team including CNAs, LPNs, and techs with confidence
Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams to provide top-notch care
Document patient progress meticulously to track every meaningful milestone

Qualifications

Active Michigan RN license
NRP certification preferred, with willingness to obtain if needed
Prior travel experience a plus for adventurous spirits

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in professional nursing care and the nursing process
Skilled in supervising patient care teams
Strong patient documentation and collaboration abilities
Birthing Center experience with laboring patients, delivery including newborn care, and postpartum care for moms and babies
