Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Rotating day/night shifts, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM or 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate acute psychiatric care to geriatric patients aged 60+
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team of 2-3 RNs per shift
- Manage short-term care in a specialized 10-bed unit
- Ensure strong, competent support for vulnerable patients
- Handle de-escalation and crisis intervention with confidence
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years acute RN experience
- Some psych background preferred
- BLS certification required
- CPI certification required
- Valid CA RN license
