Shift Type: Full Time PM Shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Administer medications to residents following the 5 Rights for safe, compassionate care
Report any changes in condition promptly to physicians and charge nurses, keeping everyone in the loop
Assist CNAs with call lights and daily tasks, making a real difference in resident comfort
Update family members on loved ones' status, providing peace of mind
Vigilantly report allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to leadership
Handle other duties as needed with a positive, team-oriented spirit

Qualifications

Active Wisconsin LPN license
Current CPR/BLS certification
1+ years of related work experience preferred
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
