Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to behavioral health patients, making a real difference in their lives
Collaborate with a dedicated team to create personalized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust care with empathy and expertise
Ensure a safe and supportive environment for recovery and healing

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Behavioral health nursing experience preferred
BLS certification required
Ready for a quick start and adaptable to rotating shifts

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of behavioral health principles
Excellent communication and de-escalation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
