Shift Type: 36 hours/week, OT after 8 hours/day and 40 hours/week, rotating shifts including charge nurse assignments as needed

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead on-shift teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
Round on patients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction
Mentor staff as a clinical resource for tough cases
Foster a positive work environment through compassionate leadership
Step into charge nurse role when the unit needs your expertise

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license
Recent charge RN experience from last assignment
No first-time travelers - bring your proven leadership skills

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Charge nurse leadership
Clinical mentoring

Interpersonal communication for team support
