Shift Type: Rotating shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC, rotating weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver total care to critically ill patients making a real difference
Titrating drips with precision to stabilize complex cases
Manage ventilator and BiPAP patients with expert confidence
Perform essential procedures like trach care and dressing changes
Collaborate with physicians and team for optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas
ACLS and BLS certifications required
At least 1 year of ICU experience
Compassionate team player with great physician rapport

Education

RN degree from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong ICU and critical care expertise
Ventilator management and BiPAP proficiency
Drip titration mastery
Familiarity with CRRT and transplant care (kidney, pancreas, liver)
Comfort with vents, A-lines, Flow-track, and IV pumps
