Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional bedside care for PCU, Telemetry and Med/Surg patients with compassion and clinical confidence
• Continuously monitor cardiac rhythms and promptly recognize/manage dysrhythmias
• Administer and titrate drips such as insulin, heparin and diltiazem safely and per protocol
• Perform head-to-toe assessments, hourly rounding and focused assessments for pain, Braden and fall risk each shift
• Coordinate blood administration and IV antibiotic therapy with attention to safety checks and documentation
• Work independently in a small, rural facility — triage, prioritize and escalate care when needed

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire RN license or Compact license (must be uploaded with application)
• Minimum 3+ years experience in PCU, Medical-Surgical, and Telemetry (required)
• Current American Heart Association BLS (required)
• Current American Heart Association ACLS (required)
• Basic dysrhythmia test/result in profile (required)
• Comfortable with cardiac monitoring, telemetry and progressive care interventions
• Own vehicle for reliable transportation to this rural facility
• Ability to work independently in a small-unit environment; rural experience highly preferred

• Comfort with a mixed patient population (newborn to geriatric; 50% rehab / 50% acute)
