Location: Bryan, Texas
Start Date: 06-15-2026
End Date: 09-14-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM + Call evenings and weekends. On call one evening a week (3:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and 2 Saturdays or Sundays a month (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Circulate a wide variety of surgical cases including CABGs, craniotomies, and robotic procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons and the OR team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
- Float between Bryan and College Station campuses to support both locations as needed
- Precept new staff and share your expertise when the unit needs you
- Respond to call coverage with a 30-minute response time to keep cases moving smoothly
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas
- Minimum 4-5 years of hospital operating room experience
- Proven ability to circulate in multiple specialties including cardiovascular, neuro, ortho, and general surgery
- Robotics experience with both Mako and DaVinci systems
- Strong references and a track record of reliability
Knowledge & Skills
- Circulating CABGs, TCARS, and carotids
- Experience with craniotomies, TLIFs, laminectomies, and discectomies
- Comfort with ortho trauma, total joints, and ORIFs
- DaVinci robot skills for lap choles, colectomies, and hernias
- Familiarity with eyes, endo, and cysto procedures
