Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients of all ages
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team for optimal outcomes
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Previous ER or acute care experience preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Emergency nursing protocols
- Triage and rapid assessment
- IV insertion and medication administration
- Electronic health record documentation
- Team collaboration under pressure
