Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to oncology and trauma patients across PCU and Med/Surg levels
- Administer chemotherapy and manage complex medication drips including heparin and cardizem
- Monitor ventilators and perform hemodynamic assessments to keep patients stable and comfortable
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PT/OT, case managers, and educators to create seamless care plans
- Float within similar units to support colleagues and expand your clinical skills
- Champion hourly rounding and patient experience initiatives that make every interaction count
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and ONS/ONCC certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of PCU or oncology nursing experience
- Chemo certified preferred
- First-time travelers welcome with strong clinical foundation
Knowledge & Skills
- Chemotherapy administration and oncology protocols
- Ventilator management and advanced hemodynamic monitoring
- EPIC charting experience within the last 6 months is helpful
- Strong teamwork and a genuine passion for patient-centered care
