Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized therapy that helps patients regain independence
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create meaningful care plans
- Evaluate and treat patients across inpatient and outpatient settings
- Support patients recovering from strokes, spinal cord injuries, and orthopedic conditions
- Document progress using Cerner EMR to ensure seamless care coordination
Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist license in California
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Comfortable working both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Willingness to work one weekend day per week and rotating holidays
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Experience with diverse patient populations including neuro, ortho, and general medical
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
