Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized occupational therapy interventions that help patients regain independence
- Collaborate with PT, Speech Therapy, and nursing teams to create comprehensive rehab plans
- Document patient progress using Cerner EMR and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and home exercise programs
- Contribute to a supportive rehab environment where every success story matters
Qualifications
- Current California Occupational Therapy license
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational therapy specialty
- At least 1 year of acute care hospital experience preferred
- Open to first-time travelers
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Experience with Cerner electronic medical records
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Comfortable working every third weekend and participating in holiday rotations
