Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Day shift: 10 hours; Night shift: 14-hour home call (must arrive within 30 minutes if called in)

Candidate Pay Rate: $280 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Attend high-risk deliveries and C-sections
Provide ventilation management including BiPAP/CPAP, oscillator ventilator support, and Nitric Oxide (iNO)
Perform essential neonatal procedures such as chest tube insertion, central line insertion, arterial line insertion, PA catheter insertion, UVC, UAC, and PICC placement
Manage emergency situations and participate in neonatal resuscitation
Potentially supervise Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs)
Document patient care using EPIC EMR

Qualifications

Board Certified in Neonatology
Fellowship in Neonatology
NALS Certification
Active full MI license

Knowledge & Skills

Neonatology expertise
Neonatal procedures proficiency
NICU care experience
EPIC EMR documentation skills
Ability to supervise Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
