Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM + Call evenings and weekends. One evening a week (3:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and 2 Saturdays or Sundays a month (7:00 AM - 7:00 AM)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Circulate complex cardiovascular cases including CABGs and TCARS
Support neurosurgical procedures such as craniotomies and spinal surgeries
Assist with orthopedic robotics cases using both Mako and DaVinci systems
Provide expert care across multiple specialties from eyes to endo
Precept and mentor newer team members when needed
Float between Bryan and College Station campuses to support patient care

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas or compact license
Minimum 4-5 years of hospital operating room experience
Proven robotics experience with DaVinci and Mako systems
Strong background circulating CABGs and craniotomies
Ability to handle trauma, ortho, general, and specialty cases

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise circulating in cardiovascular, neuro, ortho, and general surgery
Comfortable with both Mako and DaVinci robotic platforms
Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes
Strong communication and precepting skills
Flexibility to float between nearby campuses
