Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Scrub in for a variety of surgical procedures including total joints, general surgery, spine, and urology cases
Prepare and maintain sterile fields while assisting surgeons throughout each operation
Collaborate with the OR team to ensure smooth case flow in a high-volume surgical environment
Handle surgical instruments and supplies with precision and care
Support both ortho, vascular, and general surgery specialties with confidence

Qualifications

Current BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of full-time surgical tech experience
Hands-on experience with Ortho, Vascular, and General Surgery procedures
Strong scrubbing skills and attention to detail

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in scrubbing techniques for multiple surgical specialties
Familiarity with Cerner EMR system
Ability to work in a fast-paced OR with 20-30 cases daily
Comfortable with call requirements and rotating schedules
