Shift Type: Flexible 12-hour shifts as needed

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $44 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, family-centered care to pediatric patients
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage treatments
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
Maintain accurate patient records and document care promptly

Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio (or compact license)
Pediatric nursing experience strongly preferred
Current BLS and PALS certifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Education

Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication skills with children and families
Proficiency in electronic health records
Knowledge of pediatric growth and development
