Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, rotating schedule with weekend requirements based on unit needs
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to patient needs
- Administer medications including limited titratable drips like Heparin and Cardizem
- Collaborate with the care team to support patients through recovery and discharge planning
- Float as needed to support other units and ensure seamless patient care
- Educate patients and families about their conditions and care plans
Qualifications
- Active WA or Compact RN license
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of acute care clinical experience
- Comfortable reading telemetry strips and managing cardiac drips
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Experience with common medical-surgical conditions like CHF, COPD, and post-op care
- Ability to work collaboratively with CNAs and the interdisciplinary team
- Flexibility to float and adapt to changing unit needs
