Start Date: 06-15-2026

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem shifts as needed; sample shift: Monday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (includes 30-minute meal break)

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and toileting
Take and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents
Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to quality care
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic nursing assistant techniques and patient care
Ability to lift, turn, and transfer patients safely
Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
