Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and support daily living activities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety
Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
Document patient care accurately and maintain confidential records
Collaborate with RNs, doctors, and other staff to deliver coordinated care
Assist with wound care, catheterizations, and other clinical procedures

Qualifications

Current LPN license in the state of New Mexico
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum 1 year of LPN experience preferred
Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
A compassionate heart and a dedication to patient well-being

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in electronic health records and documentation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Team player with a positive and adaptable attitude
