Location: Salida, Colorado

Start Date: 06-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, variable shifts, typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 4x10-hour shifts

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Examine patients with impairments to determine diagnosis, prognosis, and intervention
Design and implement therapeutic interventions to alleviate impairments and functional limitations
Prevent injury and promote health through consultation and education for all age populations
Maintain accurate patient records and submit charges for services rendered

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient care required
Active and current Occupational Therapist license in Colorado
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate)
Current CPR certification

Education

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in hand therapy and upper extremity rehabilitation
Clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
Patient education and communication abilities
Proficient in documentation and record keeping
CHT certification preferred but not required
