Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Sunday, Friday, Saturday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM NOC (30-minute meal break)

Candidate Pay Rate: $38 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a rehabilitation setting
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
Educate patients and families on recovery and wellness strategies
Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
Document patient outcomes to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred
Rehabilitation or transitional care experience is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in rehabilitation nursing techniques
Skilled in wound care, medication management, and patient assessment
Ability to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
