Roles & Responsibilities

Provide critical care to patients in emergency situations
Perform rapid assessments and triage patients based on acuity
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to deliver life-saving treatments
Monitor patients' conditions and respond to changes immediately
Document care accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

Valid California RN license required
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 1 year of ER experience preferred
Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in emergency nursing procedures
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with EMR systems
Excellent teamwork and multi-tasking abilities
