Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure resident safety
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
• Document care provided and resident observations accurately
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver individualized care plans
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in Vermont or New Hampshire (or both)
• BLS certification preferred
• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
• Ability to work every other weekend as required
• Reliable personal transportation due to limited public transit availability

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents physically
• Time management skills to handle a dynamic workload
