Location: High Point, North Carolina

Start Date: 06-13-2026

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Flexible shifts as needed, typically 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care, including medication administration and treatments
Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress
Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to develop and implement care plans
Educate patients and their families on health management and discharge instructions
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of North Carolina
Current BLS certification required
Previous LPN experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Thorough knowledge of nursing procedures and medication administration
Proficient in patient assessment and monitoring
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
