Shift Type: Flexible day shifts, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a physician or nurse manager
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed
Monitor and document patient vital signs and condition changes
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality care
Educate patients and families on health management and discharge plans

Qualifications

Current LPN or RN license in the state of Maryland
CPR certification (BLS) required
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in electronic health records (EHR)
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
