Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced ER environment
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver life-saving treatments
Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and perform procedures as needed
Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital policies

Qualifications

Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 1 year of ER nursing experience preferred
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a high-stress, fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency nursing protocols and procedures
Proficient in telemetry monitoring and emergency equipment
Excellent patient assessment and triage abilities
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Adaptability to handle unpredictable situations
