Roles & Responsibilities

Single scrub in complex cardiac surgeries with precision and expertise
Assist in a variety of surgical specialties including ortho, neuro, vascular, robotics, urology, general, and gyn
Prepare and maintain sterile fields, ensuring all instruments and supplies are ready for each case
Collaborate with surgeons and OR team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent certification
Proven experience in cardiac surgery with the ability to single scrub
Comfortable scrubbing in multiple surgical specialties

Knowledge & Skills

In-depth knowledge of sterile technique and infection control
Skilled in handling instruments for ortho, neuro, vascular, robotics, urology, general, and gyn procedures
Ability to adapt quickly to changing case loads and priorities
