Shift Type: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, includes every other weekend
Hours per Week: 37
Candidate Pay Rate: $16 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities to residents
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
- Document care provided accurately and timely
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in Vermont or New Hampshire
- BLS certification required
- Must have own transportation (public transit is limited in the area)
- Ability to pass background check and comply with COVID-19 vaccination or exemption requirements
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and patience when working with elderly or vulnerable populations
- Attention to detail and ability to follow care plans
- Teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced environment
