Hours per Week: 37

Candidate Pay Rate: $16 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities to residents
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
Document care provided accurately and timely

Qualifications

Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in Vermont or New Hampshire
BLS certification required
Must have own transportation (public transit is limited in the area)
Ability to pass background check and comply with COVID-19 vaccination or exemption requirements

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy and patience when working with elderly or vulnerable populations
Attention to detail and ability to follow care plans
Teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced environment
