Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities to residents
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
• Document care provided accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in Vermont or New Hampshire
• BLS certification required
• Must have own transportation (public transit is limited in the area)
• Ability to pass background check and comply with COVID-19 vaccination or exemption requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and patience when working with elderly or vulnerable populations
• Attention to detail and ability to follow care plans
• Teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced environment
