Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing activities to ensure high quality resident care
• Assess and monitor residents' conditions and respond with appropriate interventions
• Coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary team members and families
• Mentor, coach and supervise nursing staff to maintain best practices
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of clinical care and medication administration
• Promote a safe, compassionate environment focused on dignity and quality of life

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Colorado license or compact RN preferred)
• Experience working in Long-Term Care (LTC) settings; supervisory experience a plus
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents, families and staff

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Long-term care clinical practices and resident-centered care
• Medication administration and nursing documentation
• Supervisory skills and team leadership
• Infection control, wound care basics and chronic condition management
• Familiarity with electronic health records and regulatory compliance
