Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $75 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to laboring mothers and newborns in a rural LDRP setting
Triage patients and serve as the baby catcher and transition nurse
Titrate Pitocin drips safely and effectively
Collaborate with a small, dedicated team to support moms, babies, and gyn-surgical patients
Respond to the unique needs of a close-knit community hospital

Qualifications

Active RN license in Colorado or compact license
BLS, ALS, NRP, and AWHONN EFM certifications required
At least 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience
Trained in LDRP and comfortable functioning independently

Knowledge & Skills

Strong LDRP and triage skills
Experience with Pitocin titration
Ability to serve as baby catcher and transition nurse
Comfort working in a rural hospital with limited on-site support
