Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate emergency care to patients of all ages
Assess, triage, and stabilize patients in a fast-paced ER environment
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team
Document patient care accurately and timely
Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge plans

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 1 year of ER experience preferred
Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Emergency nursing skills
Patient assessment and triage
IV therapy and medication administration
CPR and emergency response
Team collaboration
Time management in high-stress situations
