Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations to guide patient recovery
Establish personalized plans of care that make real differences
Collaborate with rehab team on progress, equipment, and discharge planning
Assist with rounds and care conferences for optimal outcomes
Deliver treatments in rooms, hallways, outdoor areas, and state-of-the-art gyms
Communicate frequently to ensure seamless patient care

Qualifications

Active NC Physical Therapy license
CPR certification
At least 2 years of experience, preferably 3+ in medical settings
Hospital and/or nursing home setting experience

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in Cerner and NetHealth documentation systems
Experience with physical therapy evaluations and plan of care development
Strong communication with rehab teams
Adaptability across acute, swing, nursing home, and outpatient services
