Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM with 4 weekend shifts per month

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to laboring patients and new families
Monitor fetal heart rates and support natural birth preferences
Circulate in OR for safe deliveries and manage high-acuity cases
Administer treatments like MgSO4 and respond to postpartum hemorrhage
Promote couplet care and breastfeeding in a personalized birth environment
Collaborate with laborist team, midwives, and NICU specialists for optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 2 years of L&D experience
Current ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications
Fetal monitoring proficiency required
Commitment to highest quality patient-centered care

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in IUPC, FSE, and JADA system for hemorrhage management
Familiarity with nitrous oxide and Spinning Babies techniques
STABLE knowledge a plus
Strong skills in CPN and Meditech documentation
