Shift Type: 36 hours per week, 11:00 AM - 11:30 PM, every other weekend rotation

Candidate Pay Rate: $68 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver rapid, compassionate care to patients in the high-stakes Emergency Department
Quickly assess and triage incoming cases to prioritize life-saving interventions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat diverse emergencies
Advocate fiercely for patients during critical moments
Maintain precise documentation to ensure seamless continuity of care

Qualifications

Active RN license in Connecticut or compact state
BLS, PALS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications
Recent Emergency Department experience
Commitment to passing Trinity competency testing and skills checklist

Education

RN degree from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency triage and rapid response
Proficiency with ED protocols and life-saving interventions
Strong communication in high-pressure environments
Adaptability to fast-paced, unpredictable shifts
