Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 3-4 weekend shifts required per 4-week schedule

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to high-acuity cardiac patients in a 32-bed CCU
Manage advanced therapies including PA catheters, hemodynamic monitoring, IABP, Impella and CRRT
Monitor and respond to complex patient conditions using Phillips telemetry
Collaborate with engaged multidisciplinary team for optimal outcomes
Assist with procedures like central line and swan insertions and intubations
Float as needed to support hospital census and patient care

Qualifications

Active RN license
2+ years of ICU experience
Cardiac and strong critical care background required
ACLS certification
BLS certification

Education

RN degree from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in PA catheter and hemodynamic monitoring
Proficiency with IABP, Impella and CRRT
Familiarity with Meditech documentation system
Experience with Hill-Rom beds and Phillips telemetry monitors
