Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in performing life-saving cardiac catheterization procedures with precision and care
Operate advanced imaging equipment to capture crystal-clear visuals for cardiologists
Prepare and maintain sterile cath lab environments to ensure patient safety
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to dynamic procedural needs

Qualifications

Active certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or equivalent
Florida state licensure if required
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in cardiac cath lab settings
BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong commitment to patient-centered care

Education

Associate's degree in Cardiovascular Technology or related field
Completion of an accredited cath lab technologist program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in hemodynamic monitoring and EKG interpretation
Proficiency with fluoroscopy and intravascular ultrasound
Excellent sterile technique and radiation safety practices
Sharp problem-solving in high-pressure environments
Effective communication with physicians and nursing staff
