Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to high-acuity patients in a 24-bed ICU
Manage advanced equipment like vents, Swans, Impellas and balloon pumps
Perform life-saving procedures including intubations, central lines and ICP monitoring
Collaborate with a dedicated team of 50 staff to maintain 1:1 or 1:2 ratios
Provide exceptional patient care while floating to Doctors ICU as needed

Qualifications

Active RN license
Minimum 1 year of ICU experience - no exceptions
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Excellent customer service skills to connect with patients and families

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with ICU equipment including vents, Swan catheters, Impellas and balloon pumps
Skilled in procedures like intubation, central lines, bronchoscopy, EVDs and pacers
Level 1 or 2 trauma experience preferred
CV surgery experience is a huge plus
