Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care to PCU patients during night shifts
- Monitor and assess patient conditions with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
- Respond swiftly to emergencies ensuring patient safety
- Advocate for patients and their families every step of the way
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Michigan
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Recent PCU or progressive care experience preferred
- Commitment to Trinity competency testing and skills checklist
Education
- RN degree from an accredited nursing program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong critical thinking in fast-paced PCU environments
- Excellent patient assessment and monitoring skills
- Proficiency in emergency response protocols
- Team collaboration and communication
