Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to 16-bed ICU/CCU patients with 2:1 or 3:1 ratios
Manage advanced equipment like Impella, IABP, EKOS, and hemodynamic monitoring
Perform procedures including central line and dialysis catheter insertions
Collaborate with monitor techs and unit secretaries for seamless team care
Document accurately in Meditech while floating in rotation to support the unit
Champion patient experience in a compassionate, award-winning environment

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 2 years of ICU experience
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required (PALS a plus)
Ready to thrive in a fast-paced 16-bed ICU/CCU unit

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Sharp critical thinking and self-motivated mindset
Expertise in ICU/CCU nursing with advanced equipment proficiency
Strong teamwork in high-stakes environments
Comfort with Meditech documentation and unit floating
