Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations to guide patient recovery
Establish personalized plans of care that make a real difference
Assist with rounds and care conferences to ensure seamless teamwork
Communicate frequently with the rehab team on progress and needs
Deliver treatments in patient rooms, hallways, outdoor areas, and gym
Float across services to provide comprehensive rehab support

Qualifications

Active NC Physical Therapy license
CPR certification
At least 2 years of experience, preferably 3+ in medical settings
Hospital and nursing home setting experience preferred

Education

Physical Therapy degree from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in physical therapy evaluations and plan of care development
Strong communication with interdisciplinary rehab teams
Comfortable using Cerner and NetHealth documentation systems
Adaptability to treat in diverse settings from rooms to outdoor areas
