Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 5 - 8 hour shifts or 4 - 10 hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, On call weekdays & weekends

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Circulate hearts and vascular cases with precision and care
Assist in open heart, lung, and vascular procedures that save lives
Scrub as needed to support seamless OR operations
Collaborate with RNs, techs, and orderlies in a 1:1 patient ratio environment
Float to main OR for turnovers and breaks when hearts are quiet
Maintain professional patient interactions that make a real difference

Qualifications

2+ years of OR experience
CST/ORT certification
ACLS certification required
Experience circulating hearts and vascular cases preferred

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in hearts and vascular OR procedures
Ability to scrub is a fantastic plus
Familiarity with standard OR equipment and Meditech documentation
Strong teamwork in high-stakes CV OR setting
