Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality physical therapy services to pediatric patients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care
Maintain a safe and compassionate environment for healing

Qualifications

Valid California Physical Therapy license
CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
Experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred
Excellent assessment and clinical reasoning skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of pediatric rehabilitation techniques and modalities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to adapt to changing patient needs
