Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs
Develop personalized care plans using evidence-based practices and standardized assessments
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, modalities, and wound care treatments
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments to achieve optimal outcomes
Provide guidance and support to patients, families, and caregivers throughout the rehabilitation journey
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
Document all services accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

Active Missouri Physical Therapist license
At least 1 year of Physical Therapist experience
Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred
New graduates welcome with Level II clinical experience
Strong clinical skills in therapeutic interventions and patient assessment

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in physical therapy evaluation and treatment planning
Proficiency with therapeutic exercises and manual techniques
Knowledge of wound care protocols and supportive devices
Ability to supervise physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation aides
Strong communication and documentation skills
