Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver meaningful physical therapy across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Treat a diverse caseload including ortho injuries, fractures, neuro conditions, wounds, and debility
Collaborate with an experienced team of PTAs and techs to optimize patient outcomes
Provide compassionate care to patients recovering from sports injuries, amputations, and general orthopedic needs
Support continuity of care by precepting students or new staff when the opportunity arises

Qualifications

Active Texas PT license and national PT license required
BLS certification required
IP/OP experience strongly preferred
Wound care experience is a plus but not required
Open to both new graduates and seasoned clinicians who enjoy variety

Knowledge & Skills

Comfortable treating a mix of inpatient acute, skilled nursing, and outpatient populations
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage a 7-treatment-hour daily caseload
Wound care knowledge welcomed but not mandatory
